While at Porter Novelli, I oversaw Community Management and Social Strategy for several brands and also led internal training for a variety of employees from new community managers to the C-suite (CEO, CFO).
➢ Developed the re-launch strategy for health/beauty community, Heart on My Sleeve (unbranded Johnson & Johnson program)
\➢ Created community management training programs for Merck, J&J, and Paul Newman’s ‘SeriousFun’ Camp
➢ Launched The Laughing Cow Cheese into social media and developed social strategy and content for The Laughing Cow Blog, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr
➢ Built The Laughing Cow brand ambassador program in 2010, integrated across digital and traditional media (program is in 3rd year)
